NEW CONFOCALS THIS SUMMER
The CMIF received an NIH shared instrument grant and has purchased two Olympus FV 1000 confocal microscopes for fixed tissue each with four lasers.
Starting this summer, we will begin training users on the new Olympus FV1000-Filter Confocal. This fall the old Zeiss 510 META will be removed, a second Olympus FV-100 will be installed, and all users will then use the two new FV1000 confocals.
Stay tuned for announcements of dates when the Olympus FV1000 training will begin.
