Scheduling and Cancellation Policies
All scheduling is done through the Facility Online Manager (FOM), it is a comprehensive web-based scheduling and management system used for accessing and coordinating shared research instruments and facilities across campus. Read more about policies and procedures.
Reserve time through FOM
- First time users will need to create a profile and add billing account before time or access is granted to an instrument
- Training and access requirements must be met
- If your PI is not listed, request PI addition via FOM form or fom-admin@osu.edu
- Cancel reservations 24+ hours in advance to avoid charges
- For late cancellations (<24 hours), contact CMIF staff immediately
